Big Feelings 2.0
The Next Level of Big Feelings Class!
Taking the next step toward calm, confident real-world skills
In our original Big Feelings Class, you learned how to understand your dog’s emotional world and respond with empathy and effective, science-based strategies.
Now, we take that foundation and bring it to life.
What makes this class different?
You’ve done the hard work of understanding your dog’s big feelings—now it’s time to put those skills into action.
Big Feelings 2.0 is designed for graduates of our original Big Feelings Class who are ready to deepen their skills, build confidence, and begin navigating real-life situations with more ease.
This 4-week course bridges the gap between structured class learning and the unpredictability of everyday life—so you and your dog can move forward with clarity, support, and success. Click here to sign up now!
Each week builds on your existing toolkit while gently expanding your comfort zone.
You and your dog will:
Practice working at safe distances from triggers like dogs, people, and movement
Refine timing, observation skills, and handler decision-making
Learn how to adapt when things don’t go according to plan (because real life rarely does!)
Build fluency with pattern games, regulation strategies, and recovery skills
Begin transitioning from controlled setups to more dynamic environments
One of the most powerful parts of this class is the opportunity to practice in more realistic settings, including structured outings or public-facing environments when appropriate. You won’t be doing this alone.
Our trainers will provide:
Live coaching in the moment
Thoughtful setup to keep dogs under threshold
Immediate feedback to help you adjust and learn faster
A supportive environment where mistakes are part of the process—not something to fear
What you’ll work on in BFC 2.0
Just like our original class, Big Feelings 2.0 is rooted in:
Positive reinforcement training
Emotional awareness for both dogs and humans
Meeting each team where they are
Creating a non-judgmental, supportive learning space
Because progress isn’t about perfection—it’s about building skills, resilience, and trust over time.
